zebra: Handle kernel routes appropriately
Current code intentionally ignores kernel routes. Modify zebra to allow these routes to be read in on linux. Also modify zebra to look to see if a route should be treated as a connected and mark it as such. Additionally this should properly handle some of the issues being seen with NOPREFIXROUTE.
