* command.c: Use MTYPE_HOST, MTYPE_STRVEC. Some other fixups,
	  including fixing some likely leaks in config_write_file.
	* vty.c: memory macro usage fixes.
	  (vty_read_config) fix leak where relative config file is
	  specified.
