Donald Sharp b8b38a593c lib: Fix memory leak in snmp on shutdown 
The events list is storing a `struct event *` allocated
as a MTYPE_TMP pointer, on shutdown ensure that it is
properly free'd up.

FRRouting

FRR is free software that implements and manages various IPv4 and IPv6 routing protocols. It runs on nearly all distributions of Linux and BSD and supports all modern CPU architectures.

FRR currently supports the following protocols:

For Debian and its derivatives, use the APT repository at https://deb.frrouting.org/.
