Krishnasamy 7e8c18d0b0 zebra: change fpm_read to batch the messages
Make code changes in fpm_read to create a list of ctx and send it to
zebra for processing rather than sending individual ctx

Donald Sharp c58da10d2a zebra: Limit mutex for obuf to when we access obuf
The mutex that wraps access to the output buffer
is being held for the entire time the data is
being generated to send down the pipe. Since
the generation has absolutely nothing to do
with the obuf, let's limit the mutex holding some.

Donald Sharp b2fc167978 zebra: Fix pass back of data from dplane through fpm pipe
A recent code change 29122bc9b8
changed the passing of data up the fpm from passing the
tableid and vrf to the sonic expected tableid contains
the vrfid. This violates the assumptions in the code
that the netlink message passes up the tableid as the
tableid. Additionally this code change did not modify
the rib_find_rn_from_ctx to actually properly decode
what could be passed up. Let's just fix this and let
Sonic carry the patch as appropriate for themselves
since they are not the only users of dplane_fpm_nl.c

Mark Stapp 29122bc9b8 zebra: refactor netlink route message parsing
Separate core netlink route message parsing into a new api that
uses a dplane ctx to hold the parsed attribute data. Use the new
api in two paths: the normal netlink update message parsing path,
and in the FPM plugin, which also uses netlink encoding. The FPM
route-notificatin code runs in its own pthread, and only needs
a subset of the route info that zebra ordinarily develops. This
change stops that pthread from accessing zebra's internal
data, such as vrfs and ifps, that are not thread-safe.

Mark Stapp 277784fe34 zebra: avoid a race during FPM dplane plugin shutdown
During zebra shutdown, the main pthread and the FPM pthread can
deadlock if the FPM pthread is in fpm_reconnect(). Each pthread
tries to use event_cancel_async() to cancel tasks that may be
scheduled for the other pthread - this leads to a deadlock as
neither thread can progress.

This adds an atomic boolean that's managed as each pthread
enters and leaves the cleanup code in question, preventing the
two threads from running into the deadlock.

Donald Sharp 3bff65abc7 zebra: When installing a mroute, allow it to flow
Currently the mroute code was not allowing the mroute
to be sent to the dataplane. This leaves us with a
situation where the routes being installed where never
being set as installed and additionally nht against
the mrib would not work if the route came into existence
after the nexthop tracking was asked for.

Turns out all the pieces where there to let this work.
Modify the code to pass it to the dplane and to send
it back up as having worked.

Donald Sharp 8aa97a439f zebra: Slow down fpm_process_queue
When the fpm_process_queue has run out of space
but has written to the fpm output buffer, schedule
it to wake up immediately, as that the write will go out
pretty much immediately, since it was scheduled first.
If the fpm_process_queue has not written to the output
buffer then delay the processing by 10 milliseconds to
allow a possibly backed up write processing to have a
chance to complete it's work.

Donald Sharp 963792e8c5 zebra: Only notify dplane work pthread when needed
The fpm_nl_process function was getting the count
of the total number of ctx's processed. This leads
to after having processed 1 context to always signal
the dataplane that there is work to do. Change the
code to only notify the dplane worker when a context
was actually added to the outgoing context queue.

Root Cause:
In working case,
 - We get a RTM_NEWLINK whose ctx is enqueued by zebra dplane and
dequeued by zebra main and processed i.e.
(102000 is deleted from vxlan99) before we handle RTM_NEWVLAN.
 - So in handling of NEWVLAN (vxlan99) we bail out since find with
vlan id 703 does not exist.

ZEBRA: in thread kernel_read scheduled from zebra/kernel_netlink.c:505 kernel_read()

Fix:
Similar to #13396, where link change
handling was offloaded to dplane, same is being done for vlan events.

Note: Prior to this change, zebra main thread was interested in the
RTNLGRP_BRVLAN. So all the kernel events pertaining to vlan was
handled by zebra main.

With this change change as well the handling of vlan events is still
with Zebra main. However we offload it via Dplane thread.

Donald Sharp 8926ac1984 zebra: Limit queue depth in dplane_fpm_nl
The dplane providers have a concept of input queues
and output queues. These queues are chained together
during normal operation. The code in zebra also has
a feedback mechanism where the MetaQ will not run when
the first input queue is backed up. Having the dplane_fpm_nl
code grab all contexts when it is backed up prevents
this system from behaving appropriately.

Modify the code to not add to the dplane_fpm_nl's internal
queue when it is already full. This will allow the backpressure
to work appropriately in zebra proper.

Donald Sharp e7a1fbbcf6 zebra: fnc->obuf could be accessed without a lock
Found by coverity. Let's just lock the writeable
amount to see if it is possible. It's ok because
we want to know if we have room *now*. If another
pthread runs it will only remove data from fnc->obuf
and make more room. So this is ok.

Carmine Scarpitta 7f2dec4f09 zebra: Fix crash when dplane_fpm_nl fails to process received routes
When `dplane_fpm_nl` receives a route, it allocates memory for a dplane
context and calls `netlink_route_change_read_unicast_internal` without
initializing the `intf_extra_list` contained in the dplane context. If
`netlink_route_change_read_unicast_internal` is not able to process the
route, we call `dplane_ctx_fini` to free the dplane context. This causes
a crash because `dplane_ctx_fini` attempts to access the intf_extra_list
which is not initialized.

To solve this issue, we can call `dplane_ctx_route_init`to initialize
the dplane route context properly, just after the dplane context
allocation.

Sharath Ramamurthy 8d30ff3b5e zebra: data structure changes for single vxlan device
This changeset introduces the data structure changes needed for
single vxlan device functionality. A new struct zebra_vxlan_vni_info
encodes the iftype and vni information for vxlan device.

The change addresses related access changes of the new data structure
fields from different files

zebra_vty is modified to take care of the vni dump information according
to the new vni data structure for vxlan devices.

Donald Sharp c0275ab189 zebra: Continue fpm_read when we decide a netlink message is not needed
When FRR receives a netlink message that it decides to stop parsing
it returns a 0 ( instead of a -1 ). Just make the dplane continue
reading other data instead of aborting the read.

Yutaro Hayakawa 45c129948c fpm: Send NH message to FPM even if the local kernel doesn't support it
netlink_route_multipath_msg_encode checks whether the local kernel
supports NextHop Netlink message and doesn't send the message if the
local kernel doesn't have support. This is also applied to the FPM since
kernel dataplane and FPM shares the same code. However, for the FPM,
it's not necessary to have this limit.

This commit adds extra check if netlink_route_multipath_msg_encode is
called from the FPM and bypass kernel support check if it is from the
FPM.

Donald Sharp 551fa8c354 zebra: Fix dplane_fpm_nl to allow for fast configuration
If you have this order in your configuration file:

no fpm use-next-hop-groups
fpm address 127.0.0.1

the dplane code was using the same event thread t_event and the second
add event in the code was going, you already have an event scheduled
and as such the second event does not overwrite it. Leaving
no code to actually start the whole processing. There are probably
other cli iterations that will cause this fun as well, but I'm
not going to spend the time sussing them out at the moment.
